1 egg and 1 egg white, 1/2 cup of quick oats, 1 tbs raw honey, 1 tsp cinnamon,1/2 tsp vanilla, and 1 banana sliced.
No fancy directions for this simple snack! Just beat the eggs in a bowl and add the rest. Cook over medium high heat and flip when browned. Enjoy with honey or syrup! Yum.
